Once you as a sales rep log in to the B2B Portal and search for your customer by name (they must have a pre-approved account and select your Agency as the Agency they work with for this to work) you will shop as if you were them. To view the cart of your customer, click on the My Order tab in the B2B Portal Section on the right side of your screen.
You can then Click>Proceed to Checkout and this below screen will appear:
Shipping Information
- Additional Information - You can add notes or your customers PO# here
- Shipping Address - You can check the address on file or click on the green Add or Edit your addresses to open a new window to make changes to an existing address or add a new one
- Once these are complete, Click>Continue
Now you are on the Review and Pay Screen:
- Select the Shipping Method
- Click the box to Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click the Complete Payment button at the bottom to send your customer the Draft Order to pay in order to complete the order and move the order into shipping status
Email to pay the Draft Order Invoice:
As a Sales Rep, your customer, or you as the customer of a Sales Rep will receive an email that looks like this. Simply click on the Complete your purchase button to enter your credit card information and complete the order:
